This is COMPLETELY accurate. And frankly, I have never been in a situation where I have been out of my comfort zone with a black man. I grew up in a primarily Black community and as a small white girl the stereotype would be that I would be constantly hit on and otherwise harassed by black men. But the few times a PoC has stepped out of line, they immediately retreated when I made it clear that I was not interested. And when anyone has treated my inappropriately, I place the blame on their lack of maturity and other personality-related traits, not their race or ethnicity.

(I really wish people would go back to blatant racism and out-and-out racism because this passive-aggressive racism boils my butt. Don’t get me wrong, both forms of racism are equally terrible (although the latter moreso) but I want an excuse to beat up a racist, or at least call them out on being a fucking neanderthal.)
